Our “Leadership Intensive Care” Programs is a mix of classroom and individual coaching. Our program is followed up by 3 to 5 individual coaching sessions. Coaching helps improve the skilled performance of a trained person. It helps people to maximize their potential by learning from day to day tasks.Ensuring our workforce is equipped with the technical and interpersonal skills for tomorrow. The USAID established the Garment Industry Productivity Centre (GIPC).
